Eyesight (20/20) is something that you are born with, vision, however, is something that can be developed and improved upon. Throughout the course of an athletic task, the athlete must utilize many motor and sensory skills. Vision is the link between motor and sensory systems. Some of these abilities include eye-hand coordination, dynamic visual acuity, tracking, focusing, visual reaction time, and peripheral vision.

DYNAMIC VISION THERAPY
70% of sensory input to the brain is through the visual system. Vision guides our motor movements telling us critical information about “where” and “when” on the field or court.
Athletes that use their visual system to its maximum potential will gain optimal performance and a competitive advantage.
